Donna Adams

 

“If I want a photo, I will take a photo.  If I want an impression or experience, I will make a painting”.   That philosophy is obvious in Donna’s style.

 

With a fascination in watercolor and acrylic paints, Donna wants brush strokes to be visible and the development of the painting to be present.  Her style relies heavily on the play between dominant colors and the beautiful range of neutrals that breathe life into those colors.  Originally trained using traditional watercolor methods and papers, she has developed her own personal style which is obvious in her use of Yupo paper and bold graphical artwork.
